We've hit our Northern limit.
Northern B.C.; 'The North'; seems very remote when you're in Victoria. The reality of being here feels quite different.
Nothing has really felt remote thus far. Always close to fast internet, laundromat services and shops that sell humus and quinoa.
Looking at the map confirms the sense that we're nowhere close to remote. Highways everywhere. We're only halfway up B.C; there's an entire territory above us.
We're moving much faster than usual now that we're in a fast lane. We want to get some warmer weather down South while it's available.
